The Thrill of Driving 
The owner is a member of the royal family in Qatar. Al-Thani. So no he did not run out of cash money. Also the car has been brought back to the owner and is now showing off in the center of London. Note: It is not a paint job but a wrap. It is a vinyl put over the paint and it isnt that expensive really!
